and sometimes I stretch that until 2 or 3PM. As nuts as it sounds, I don't think about drinking when I don't eat.
It's a problem I'm trying to fix.

Pretty close and probably over. I have a 40oz hydro flask i fill at least 4 times. And then a 25 oz squeeze bottle
