eating clean, Intermittent Fasting (13-16 hours), Lifting 4 days a week, and doing 2 days of 45-60 min of cardio I’m down 9 pounds in the first week. It’s really simple honestly.
1. Exercise for clarity of mind and for your joints
2. Drink half your body weight in water to clean out the toxins
3. Eat clean (Chicken, Fish, Beef, Vegetables, Eggs, Fruit and Nuts)
4. Get enough sleep.
I’m 50 years old. 6’2 and was 204 on the 2nd. 195 today on my way to 185.
