Not sure I'd cite Hadley as a great example, since he ended up as an RB out of
necessity, and arguably performed much better there than in the other positions they switched him to. El-Bakri was always a DT, are you confusing him with the other El-Bakri, the FB? Similar story for Takitaki, he was an LB all along, the stupid idea was playing him in the DL for a while.
Anyhow, not saying the staff will always get it wrong. Just that I don't think they're exactly savants when it comes to switching positions.
