Should targeting be the only penalty with auto-ejection. Shouldn't a flagrant

facemask carry the same penalty? What other infractions should carry harsher (or softer) penalties, and is the ejection rule too harsh?

That's a good point a flagrant facemask is just as dangerous, if not more so. The neck is weaker than the skull.
