it works too well combined with being too dangerous and it's a black and white play - no judgement necessary like on a targeting.

my point in saying it works too well is that it is an incredibly effective (but illegal) way to bring a guy down where otherwise he keeps running. an ejection would be appropriate because it is dangerous and it would serve as a deterrent to committing an illegal play to advantage of the defender.
