Of course Matthews has a low career fg%, a majority of his shots are 3’s. EFG% and TS% are much better stats. And guess what? Matthews is equal to or above doncic in both those stats. Now I realize that doncic is obviously more important to that team than Matthews, but Matthews is a perfectly mediocre player. He shoots 3’s and hits them at a 38% clip. He plays decent defense and doesn’t make mistakes. Not a bad player.
