Went from a pro style offense with a pocket QB to more of a spread/RPO system with a mobile QB who likes to extend plays and move around. Had to learn blocking schemes on the fly during the season once the change was made. I think with a full offseason of work with Wilson, we will see a big jump in consistency from the OL in protecting Wilson
