Beyond a reason doubt doesn’t mean no doubt, I often see Mormons especially
assume that beyond a reasonable doubt means “beyond a shadow of a doubt” and that just isn’t true. That being said, this one is border line. Contrary to what many people think, circumstancial evidence is real evidence. After all, DNA and fingerprints are circumstantial evidence most of the time. Here there is a lot of circumstantial evidence. I think ultimately, it just needs a tiny bit more to push it over the top.
