The evidence that is most damning in my opinion is his actions after she went missing

From what I have seen and heard, Josh never had concern about where she was, wasn't really grieving ever, didn't participate in efforts to find her, and in police interviews was only concerned about himself instead of her. And then moves pretty quickly to Washington.
