Last night on the BYU broadcast they mentioned he had 8 (I think?) guys drafted in the first round, but during that time his teams were successful only a couple years early on. He is not the only coach the conference has had over the past decade who were amazing recruiters but only so-so coaches when it comes to developing players and schemes.
