We're not getting all these kids. We'll rarely, if ever, get most of them....
...but for the program to succeed, we need to get more of them. Sitake/Tuiaki both have relied on getting better players than you on the D-line and elsewhere. It largely acts as the foundation of what they do. If we can't reign in more top LDS players, BYU won't be very good under any head coach, but the difference may be more acute with what Kalani et al are trying to implement.

I like Kalani and want him to succeed. But to call it like it is, the promise of Sitake was largely based in recruiting. I have a hard time seeing meaningful success if he isn't able to deliver here first and foremost.
