My response wasn’t meant as negative. I was just stating what some of the reasons could be. I don’t necessarily agree that there weren’t many RBs on the roster. It could also mean that players will be moved to another position.

At least 4 RBs were hurt this year. There were at least 7-8 on the roster (including Hadley and Jacobson who were both moved back and forth).

I think the depth was there without so many injuries. I don’t know how many teams carry 6-8 RBs though. I wonder if that is a normal amount.
