mean they have quality depth. They're out looking for RBs because they want to up the talent level at the top, up the depth, up the versatility. And unlike what he said above, it has nothing to do with Ula. They'd be out recruiting these guys regardless. Not only does this offensive staff not even know Ula, they sure wouldn't be crazy enough to go counting on someone they don't know, who hasn't played football in a year, who had issues of his own on the field, and didn't show anything to suggest he's immediately THE guy. Even if he were back he's a depth chart guy, so they'd still want to find more.
