Why? If it’s cold outside and she needed to run errands or go to the doctor
Leaving her baby with the neighbors is more responsible than draggin an infant out in the winter. Worry about those parents who take newborns out in public places in the winter more than those who get caught up with errands and forget to check in with their neighbor
