Family close and I worked 45 min from home so their mom would have to have the neighbor watch them if I couldn’t get home to help and her doctors appointment was a ways away. She shouldn’t be 2 hours late without checking in, but new moms who don’t have husbands who can stay home to help sometimes need neighbors or friends to help watch infants instead of taking them out in the cold
