I've met plenty, and of course the son isn't good enough but that is why they do it. I had someone accuse me of that same thing one time although I just ignored it. What they didn't know was that I didn't make my son a qb, and didn't originally think he'd be one. But there weren't to many people like that mainly because we won and he was obviously good. That's the thing though, if that guys kid sucks then everyone is gonna see it, you can't hide it.
