I leaned heavily on the average ratings, not just the "liked/disliked" percent
If you only look at "average score" and nothing else then it would rank 12th on the list instead of the 13th spot that it currently occupies which really isn't that much of a difference.

The issues that lots of people had with the movie is that it relied TOO MUCH on the comedy and felt like it was too much ad-lib in the script which in turn hurt the overall flow of the movie and muted the dramatic impact certain scenes otherwise may have had. As one reviewer said, "it's funny even though tons of people died and there's very little stakes throughout. And just when things get serious- here's another joke." I actually tend to agree with that assessment to a degree (though I did like it better overall than that particular person). I have absolutely no issues with where it's listed and if I were creating my own personal list I would probably slot it about right where it currently is. My wife, on the other hand, agrees with what many here have said and would have it listed as one of her top few Marvel movies to date. As mentioned above, though, I didn't insert my own personal opinions at all into the list. It's simply a numerical/consensus-based approach to rating the movies.

That being said, it seems as if CB (at least the portion that's vocal about movies) is largely full of people who tend to agree more with the critics as opposed to what audiences think in regards to movies. Critics would actually place this on in their top tier.
