Recruiting seems pretty zero sum. I do agree in the sense that in the past some kids that didn't get local looks would almost certainly be done playing football. But now, El Paso School of the Mines or whatever can find that kid. But if El Paso School of the Mines gives that kid a schollie then there's probably some kid in El Paso that's not getting schollie.
