Mariska Hargitay and Ice-T each have been on the Law & Order SVU from the beginning and have played the same characters for over 20 years now.
That's almost unheard of in the acting world. You'd think they would tire of the role as most actors do and move on. Pretty amazing that their characters have remained vibrant enough to keep around as well.
