she did want to know who complained about her work and didn't believe it was my choice.

She just wasn't a good fit. Really nice and friendly...just wasn't able to juggle everything that needed to be done.

Unfortunately, I let others make the hiring decision originally...and I knew within 5 minutes of meeting her it wasn't going to be a good fit. It took 5 months for us to finally make the decision and let her go...but it still wasn't easy.
