I replaced every bulb in our house with LEDs 3 years ago. Haven't changed one.

Swapped out all the bulbs in our house when those were on sale. Haven't had to change one yet. Surprised I haven't had to change the garage, porch, or patio since those are on timers and are on ~12 hours on average each night. Should be well over 10,000 hours at this point.
