Yes they are, and I’ve also got a great recipe for smoked deviled eggs....
So I heat the smoker to 225 and when it reaches that temp I put the raw eggs in directly on the grate and cook them for 30 minutes.

Then I take them out and put them into cold water to stop cooking and to cool them off to peal. I then peel them and the I put them back in the smoker, on the smoke setting only, for 30 minutes more.

I remove them and let them cool then cut them in half and remove the yolks and put the yolks ina bowl. I mix in course ground mustard, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, some dry rub (I like a seeet and spicy type) and instead of pickles or pickle relish like most people use I chop up pickled jalapeños and use those instead. They are of course still pickled so you get that great flavor but you get a nice little jalapeño kick to them.

After I scoop the mixture back into the egg whites I sprinkle more of the dry rub into the top of them instead of the the standard paprika and then I like to top them with a slice of pickled jalapeño.

I promise you that they will be the best deviled eggs you’ve ever made or had. They’re delicious. Make about twice as many as you normally would because people will absolutely go nuts for them.
