Takes deviled eggs to a whole other level. The peeled eggs will take ina yellowish color inthe smoker, that is what you want as it shows the smoke is getting into them and flavoring them. You’ll probably get some dark lines on them where they touch the grate as well. That’s normal and nothing to worry about.
