I have some young children and like the idea of a plexi window so we can watch the bees at times. I live in Utah county, Where is the best place to get a 3# order of bees. Like the idea of a flow hive, but boy are they expensive. Anybody have experience with these? What is the best hive setup? I have read many places say you should start with two hives, but I would rather just start with one, unless two really helps.

Would take any tips experienced keepers have for me as I get started this year.
