Doesn't make sense. Why do my kids need to sleep at another house? The answer is always "Because it's fun!". What is fun? Sleeping there? You're asleep! You know... unconcious? Whether you're unconcious at my house or someone elses, it doesn't make a difference. So what they mean is "It's really fun to stay up all night long and gossip, watch crap, cause trouble, get in trouble, and do any number of sketchy things together because none of us are supervised as any reasonable human being is asleep" (that's a run-on sentence, I know). I'd don't let my kids stay all hours of the night at home but if it's at someone elses house supervised by someone else then it's ok? Huh?! It's irresponsible. Stay over late, have fun, then come home and sleep.

My wife and I decided this long ago when we realized all of the most questionable things either of us did growing up were all on sleepovers.

It eliminates all these issues over which parents and freinds do we trust. None of that is neccesary. My kids sleep at my house. Period.
