I don't think it's a good idea to file this period. It is divisive and

destroys a lot if built up good will.

The recently negotiated CBA doesn't have anything to do with the grievances detailed in the suit. Doesn't effect it at all. According to a lawyer I heard interviewed this morning on SeriusXM FC radio's United States of Soccer show.

I think the players union "supports" the law suit.

It's cyclic. Revenue primarily comes through FIFA. And the men's World Cup
