I want a web browser for kids. All I want is something that CAN'T DELETE HISTORY
So, no private mode. And no ability to delete history.
I don't want to have to whitelist. I just want the kids to know that what they do is reviewable on the device and can't be deleted.
Is there anything out there like that? Can't seem to find anything.
iOS, ideally.

Screen Time on iOS doesn't keep a full history, but it records time spent in Safari on every domain.
