UVU has a pretty big Muslim community.

BlueVU All-American

Lots of kids from the Middle East get sent to UVU for similar reasons to BYU. Mostly religious/devout community, lower alcohol consumption, etc... It was always cool to hear a few of them speaking Arabic.

There used to be a fair amount. A Muslim friend of mine wants her kids to go to BYU for the honor code.

I had a Muslim roommate (from Pakistan). His parents liked the standards/honor code.
