I got my dept. Costco pizza for lunch the other day. I had 1.5 slices and felt blah. I watched others in the room eat
3 or 4. Keep in mind watch slice is like 730 calories.
I think there's alot of room for improvement in our eating habits. (This from a former super morbidly obese man)
