And for those you say that BYU's football program is trending down: although I understand where it's coming from, look at the past two seasons.

Things have definitely improved if you think about it. Two seasons ago the cougs went 4-9. We were all saying "hey I would be okay if we had six or seven wins next season, just to show that we can bounce back and that we're still a good football team." Last season we got exactly that, but people were still complaining over how bad the football program is.

I guess what I'm getting at is that we need to take a step back and look at the full picture. BYU football will get better, and personally I think they have a shot at being a consistent top 30 team within the next couple years. Just give it time and everything will fall into place. Concerning basketball though... 🤪
