Look, anyone who says Realtors are worth the money they take, is a thief in my mind.  I've sold 4 homes, all by owner, always got what I asked and never had any trouble with the "paperwork" they tell you is so daunting.  IMO, there are few industries as broken as that of realtors and how much they get paid to put an add on the internet that is as easy as posting on KSL Classifieds.

BTW, I listed my house in Herriman on Jan 9th on KSL.  Listed for sale by owner and politely asked Realtors not to call.  Was under contract 4 days later, full price, and STILL have realtors calling as of today soliciting my business.  The first response in this thread was correct...they are leeches.
