He is significantly more experienced and proven than Rose and Cleveland were at
the time of their hires. Was an assistant in the SEC, ACC, and at BYU. Took over a nothing program as HC and has improved every season. He has been at BYU and knows the challenges of it, and we have seen him as a coach and know his ability to develop players, etc.
There isn’t a realistic option that would be better.
