Moderators should ban those who post false rumors for perhaps a month on the first post, a year on the second false post and life on the third.

Additionally, the poster should be flagged as one who has violated the trust of the board.

The most recent example is regarding coach Rose. What positive outcome can occur in posting false statements of coach being bought out, coach stepping down, etc.

Imagine his family, friends, players and recruits reading these posts... what fears, doubts and questions would occur. What if people started to post here false rumors about you. How would you, family members or friends feel?

TIC has its place but so does honesty and personal integrity.
