Aside from vascularity which can vary depending on what and when you cycle they are there. His face is clearly swollen and puffy so I dont know what you are seeing there. His traps are disproportionately large and that is darn near impossible to achieve naturally. While his skin isnt bright red its slightly flush still. Your head size only changes with HGH not other anabolic steroids so thats irrelevant and not necessarily a sign of typical steroid use. He does look the most natural in the pic but that doesnt mean much next to these guys.

Oh and his tank says swole on it. Dead giveaway
