I have brought my kids to games and spent the game helping my kids understand what’s going on and get excited with the cheers and fight song.

Playing well and winning games leads to future fans being made when you bring your kids. Losing and giving them books and iPads and not interacting with them leads to apathetic fans and kids who grow up with no interest in sports.
