Gotta be careful to not blow this into something it isn't. It was a simple message that he's a good-looking coach and he's a guy who should be looked at for future openings. It's a coach voicing his positive opinion on someone else. I don't know why we have to look at it as more than that. And I think it's probably a bit petty to suggest a college head coach needs little tweets from other coaches to help promote his career. Suggesting Pope "ordered" this or had to back it somehow is kind of insulting to him. He's not some grad student who worked his butt off for the last two seasons and looking for his first job.
