All games are winnable but I think BYU is a 7+ point underdog in all four games
Utah has BYU's number and should be ranked and heavy favorites to win the PAC 12 South.
Tennessee returns a lot of starters and simply has more talent. BYU has shown the ability to beat some lower level SEC teams (Ole Miss, Miss State) but this will be a tough game.
USC is probably the most likely win based off their horrible performance last year. However they still have USC talent and will be a tough game. BYU hasn't beaten a PAC 12 team at home since 2012 vs Washington State.
Washington is probably the best team BYU will play next year. They do lose their QB but bring in another elite recruit and their defense is supposed to still be very good.
In my mind BYU needs to get start at least 1-3 and I think they will pull at least one upset but I have a hard time hoping for more than that. If BYU goes 3-1 to start, this may be one of the best teams in BYU history. To answer your original question, I'd have to give BYU's odd's a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10.

By "essentially equal", you mean after adjusting for your bias. Just taking the QB rating alone, Wilson is better.
