the important part is they did graduate, no? That should be what's rewarded with their choosing where to finish their eligibity. Not what they choose to do after. As long as you are at the school taking some classes....I don't think it should be more complicated than that. Maybe they want a year to think about things before they move into grad school. Why can't they start working on a 2nd Bachleors or something instead?
