No rumor. They are now throughout the Southwest

Africanized bees. More dangerous, pursue threats for a much longer distance. But KILLER BEES is overstated; they don’t kill humans (unless there’s an allergy). Can’t survive in colder climates so haven’t migrated to far North and never will. They have disturbed native and European species though.
