Houston was the real threat. But I don’t think it’s as simple as taking
last year’s team and subtracting KD. Durant makes Curry and Klay less valuable.
This was already an all-time great team without KD, and I don’t think it’s necessarily accurate to act like they would have lost to a Houston or Cleveland (good teams but not all-time great teams) without adding KD.
