Yes, pretty much. Of course, we can’t be 100% certain of anything hypothetical,
because it isn’t objectively demonstrable and can’t be proven, but this one is about as close to a certainty as it gets in sports, IMO.
Anything hypothetical is arguable, technically speaking, but some arguments are very weak or very strong.
