Me too, but it sure seems like he's more likely to split - his
situation makes Toronto one of the most high-variance set of outcomes of any team next year. If he stays, they are probably one of the favorites for a non-Durant GSW league. If he leaves via free agency, they have Siakam, OG, and a bunch of guys who are very close to being over the Hill.
It will be really interesting if they actually win the title this year - seems like that would make it super hard for Kawahi to leave. But if they can't finish off Philadelphia, or lose to Milwaukee in the semi's I think he's gone for sure.
