It's pretty good... they skip over quite a few key events to get to the major events and even some of the major events were rushed through... and the major events outside of the murders he committed. It actually doesn't really show him killing anyone...
It's a pretty good show that shows the relationship he had with his LDS girlfriend in Seattle, Elizabeth Kendall. But it goes over his trial in Salt Lake, kind of gets through that quickly in order to get to his escapes in Colorado. It doesn't talk or mention his trip to Michigan at all... then it gets to Florida and his trial there.
Overall... the show is good, it's good in that it shows the struggle that Elizabeth Kendall had in dealing with the fact that she was in love, and nearly married, a serial killer... and her having to deal with the guilt of not turning him, or at least she felt guilty that her attempt to turn him in wasn't good enough. If you are going into this expecting it to be well made movie about Ted Bundy and what he did, you're going to be disappointed. In fact I think they did a pretty bad job in depicting Ted Bundy.. although they nailed his looks.... in fact it seems like that they were more interested in getting his looks right than getting any of the facts of his movements, escapes and trials.
But from what I've read... they did a great job portraying Elizabeth Kendall. It sounds like she was involved with the direction of this... also her book was used for the movie as well.
Something I didn't know about, and they kind of very briefly insinuate it in the movie, but Bundy did admit that he tried or was going to kill Elizabeth Kendall 1 night... he detailed what he did, but decided to not do it mostly on the account that she woke up.
It's a good show... it's not what I was expecting though.
