I didn't like the story telling viewpoint they took (a look at this normal-ish relationship). I just wasn't interested in that viewpoint and it seemed to be the biggest focus of the movie. It took a very interesting topic, and made it boring to me.

But Efron's acting was very good and the last act of the movie was more entertaining.
