He has had allegations of sexual assault made against him (the truth of these claims is TBD but in the court of public opinion, it's shoot first and ask questions later.)

Those are the three big things that I know. He has done things that fall under those categories, but those are the basics of this big deal. It's not a big deal to many people (myself included) but it's a huge deal in the beauty community because they feed off of drama.
