How is it that large, well established, online companies dont offer free returns
Something so small makes such a big difference to the consumer. I am shocked that companies wouldn't see this as a no-brainer. Sure there are costs involved but the potential increase in sales outweighs those. Classic behavioral finance problem.
I have toyed with he idea of buying a couple different items recently but dont at the end of the day because id have to pay $10 to return it if its a fraction too small/large.
