Ive decided to overseed in the fall for this reason. Grass grows less toward the
end of the season but it is still wet enough to help the seed germinate.

I tried this last fall, but it really didn't do very well. The weather went from 80-85 degrees...

You should be seeing some growth. I would mow and reseed w/ new seed.

I understand Kentucky bluegrass can take up to 20 days or more to germinate.

My lawn is straight KBG. I oversees and mow regular schedule.

Nutra mulch. Though mink poop worked the best, to be honest.
