The market favors sellers and this is close to top dollar on the house but we are renting and need to either buy it or get out. Haven’t found a good “forever” home yet. We could already just rent it out later and let someone else help fund my retirement.
$540k for 3500sf is typical price these days.
The landlord will give us a discount as I think we can just use a real estate attorney instead of a realtor.
