I agree with everything everyone else said and you've acknowledged as well. You're paying top dollar if you buy right now. Personally I wouldn't be buying a new house in this climate.

It'll stink to have to move again but unless it's your dream home that you plan on being in forever and you feel like you're getting a good deal then I wouldn't buy it.
