Them that long though. Being an in-law gives me a buffer of sorts. As long as they were treating my HCBW and kids well, I could make it work.
My own mother... Not a single moment. She is not welcome in my home for any amount of time.
My dad is dead... But he would have probably worn out his welcome after a week... When he was alive. He struggled with teenagers so I could see that being a problem as more of my kids are getting that age.
He was always really great with his young grandkids and proud of their accomplishments. So, if all my kids were 10 under.. maybe a few weeks or more.
Now that he is dead, he can stay as long as he wants. If he is haunting our house I am fine with that. Like I said he really liked his grandkids, and died before any of my kids were born, so I am sure he would enjoy watching them grow up... Especially as BYU fans... One of his few passions.
